Thank you for shopping with Lights Library. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to help.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Please make sure to initiate the return within this period.

Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Restocking Fee: Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. This helps us cover processing and restocking costs.

Condition of the Item: Returned item(s) must be in the original condition they were received: unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. Please ensure you review product details before making a purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start your return, please request a return from the 'Orders' page or contact us at hello@lightslibrary.in. After verifying your purchase and assessing the product condition, we will approve your return and send you the prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, deducting the 20% restocking fee, to your original method of payment.

Cancellation: If the order is canceled by the customer before being shipped, we will refund the complete order amount excluding payment gateway charges of 3% [for online payments].
